You'll be driven to Cappadocia this morning after your flight to Kayseri. Cappadocia is an irreplaceable national treasure and may be the highlight of Turkey's illustrious history. We'll begin at Esentepe before moving on to Uchisar Castle. After lunch at Cavusin, we'll learn about pottery production. The Pasabag Fairy Chimneys, Devrent Valley, and Urgup Winery will be our final stops, where we can taste Cappadocian wine.Overnight Cappadocia (B, L)

This morning, we'll trek through Pigeon Valley before visiting Ihlara Valley. After seeing the tiny villages of Selimiye and Yaprakhisar, we'll see the site where a portion of Star Wars was filmed.
